A salon that packs down into a car
No shop front, no waiting area, no music you did not choose. The standard is the thing we refuse to move on.
Wooden Willows started because good stylists kept losing clients to logistics. A colour appointment is three hours. Add a drive, a park and a wait and it becomes most of a day.
So the salon moves instead. The stylist arrives with a portable basin, a trolley, towels, a dryer and the full colour bar, and works at your bench or over your bath. Nothing about the service is reduced to make it travel.
Everything is written down after each visit. Formula, developer, timing, the cut lines, what you liked and what you did not. The next appointment starts where the last one finished, and it does not matter how long you leave between them.

The kit that comes through the door. Basin, trolley, colour bar, towels and a dryer.
What we hold to
Patch tests before colour, without exception. Honest quotes with GST shown. One stylist kept for one client wherever the diary allows it. Cancellation terms told to you before you pay.
Sensitive details, allergies, sensitivities and medication that affects the scalp, are kept in the operations system and never travel in an email or a text message.
