Terms of service

Terms of service bind the client to a named legal entity and have to comply with Australian Consumer Law. They need the registered business name, the ABN, and the owner’s approval, preferably with legal review. Those are not available yet, so this page holds no terms.

The commercial detail that will need to be reflected here, once the owner confirms it: deposit amounts and when they are taken, what happens to a deposit when a client cancels, the cancellation notice periods, travel fees and minimum spends by zone, how quotes for colour work are confirmed in person, and how payment is taken on the day.

Owner action needed: supply the registered name, ABN and the approved terms. Until then this page stays out of search results and no booking flow can take payment.
