Privacy policy

A privacy policy is a legal statement about a real entity. It needs the registered business name, the Australian Business Number, a contact point for privacy enquiries and the business owner’s sign off. None of those have been supplied yet, so nothing is published here.

What we can tell you about how the system is being built: client records live in an access controlled database, allergy, sensitivity and medication notes are visible only to the business owner and the stylist attending, and those details never appear in an outgoing email or text message.

Marketing email and SMS will only go to people who have given consent, with the consent and its timestamp recorded, and every marketing message will carry a working unsubscribe.

Owner action needed: supply the registered name, ABN, privacy contact address and the approved policy wording. Until then this page stays out of search results.
